Subtle, sturdy, and perfect for any apartment. Minor discoloration on surface wood (pictured) from wear over time, as well as minor scratches on the edges of shelves (pictured) that are difficult to see unless directly next to the piece. Purchased directly from Westelm.com in November 2010.
