Seller's Notes:I'm selling my West Elm Parlour 82'' Sofa(shorturl.at/aGL38) which was purchased 2 years ago. Of note, the back right leg has been broken off. However, the sofa is very stable if you support the area (e.g., magazines, books, etc.) It does not affect the sofa's aesthetics since it is well hidden. Retail: $1799 excluding fee and tax Pickup is available in an elevator building in Newport, Jersey City.
