Seller's Notes:81" Paidge sleeper sofa in Platinum Linen Weave, with Queen size sleeper sofa The fabric was an upgrade which is easy to clean and durable The couch is about 7 years old but has been well taken care of and has only the minimal expected wear - primarily some wear on the cushion piping, one small black stain on the R arm, and some very light water stains on the cushion which are not easily visible, and actually the most obvious one is on the underside of the cushion The bed has only been used a few times and the mattress was always protected, so it is in like-new condition
