Seller's Notes:I have had this sofa for 6 years and it is in great condition. The tweed fabric is a great option if you have kids or pets as it is very easy to spot clean. The mattress is extremely comfortable and is in excellent condition - perfect for apartment living. It is coming from a smoke/pet/bug free household. The cushions have some discoloration and the back cushions have lost a little firmness.
