Seller's Notes:West Elm Paidge Sleeper Sofa in a soft grey/light blue performance fabric. This sleeper was used in a seasonal home with a strict no-pets, no-smoking, no-children, and no-eating-on-furniture policy, so it’s in very clean condition. The pull-out mattress has been slept on fewer than 10 times total. Condition: no stains, just light fabric pilling from normal use. Please note that it makes a squeaking sound if you “plop” down on it, but otherwise functions well. Some scuffs on legs from roomba bumping into it. A stylish, practical piece that’s both a comfortable sofa and a convenient guest bed. (Priced so low to move quickly)
