Seller's Notes:Seats 3 comfortably. Ivory colored fabric. I've had it for about 3 years and it is in a great condition, no tears, no wears, no stains. The cushions were sagging so I've replaced it with a hard form cushion from Foam factory. Comes from a non smoking, no pet home. I am selling it at a deep discount of $200 since I am replacing it with something else and am mainly looking to get rid of it.
