Seller's Notes:Hello! I am listing this couch in like-new, excellent condition. It was used very occasionally and gently in its first 6 months or so. Afterwards, it has spent roughly half of its life in storage, and the last year and a half or so, it has not been used at all. I do have a pet Shiba Inu, but he is not allowed on, or near, any of my furniture (he is in a separate room/area), so I marked it as not exposed to pets. But I do want to share that there is a pet in the home in the case allergies may be severe. It is a smoke-free home, btw. This item has not seen any love and needs a good home to go to. Fabric Swatch Name: Heathered Crosshatch in Feather Grey (This particular fabric is no longer carried. The floor assistant I spoke to at West Elm said that it is closest to the fabrics found in the "Basketweave" category).
