Seller's Notes:Excellent condition couch with no wear and tear to speak of. Their may be a couple minor blemishes from water but really nothing that will even show up on a photograph I can add, the performance velvet fabric is extremely resilient. Chaise is on the left side if facing the couch. Also surprisingly comfortable, and can fit 4 people easily. This couch is in the performance velvet shadow color.
