Seller's Notes:We bought this beautiful Monroe Mid-Century 2-Piece Left Chaise Sectional couch last year. Paid $2,700+, and now selling gently used. We are covering 100% of the delivery fee in the NYC area, through aptdeco.com. 103 inches wide. We special-ordered the fabric, which is a Linen Weave, Platinum. The chaise is on the left side of this sofa. Wide cushions and handy bolster pillows. Loose seat and back cushions. Hand upholstered and assembled in the USA. Solid wood legs in a pecan finish. Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. We have a cat, so there may be some residual cat hair along the bottom of the sofa, but the cat was never allowed onto the actual sofa (and we covered the couch at night so she could not get on it). We took great care of this furniture. Requires fairly straightforward disassembly into 2 sections and reassembly once in your home.
