This item was purchased and is being sold in 3 pieces: 1). 2 benches 2). 1 single chair All 3 pieces are modular which means that they can be separated and placed in different areas if needed, or assembled altogether. The seating is in perfect condition. On the single chair (middle chair), there is one slight blemish where a piece of fabric, but it's very minor. You would not see it once it's assembled together as shown in the picture. The fabrication is a soft velvet and the pillows are included!
