Seller's Notes:Was searching for a simple, yet functional sofa bed that would look great in the living-room and double as a comfortable sleeper for the occasional guest. This was the perfect solution, it’s not your traditional unattractive futon or the pull out sleeper sofa that’s a chore. I absolutely love this sofa, it’s super easy to adjust into the sleeper position, push down the two back piece and you have yourself a full size bed. A full or queen fitted sheet goes over just fine. This futon was bought at the beginning of 2018, was lightly used as a sofa, too busy to sit down. Only had a couple of guest slept on it over the years, no complaints. Always had a protective mattress cover and fitted sheet when it’s being slept on. No spills, in an absolutely clean and smoke free home. I do have a tiny elderly dog but he’s too small and old to jump, so he doesn’t hang out on the sofa. He has been on the sofa but on a blanket. No odor or funky smell on the futon, there’s just very slight discoloration on the seating area, not noticeable. Everything working properly. Want to keep this awesome futon sofa but due to circumstance and living situation change, no choice but to sacrifice this sofa. Hoping it finds a good home or living room. It has many more years of use.
