Seller's Notes:This West Elm Mid-Century Writing Desk has been gently used for about 3 years and has been very well cared for. It maintains its beautiful original oak color with no discoloration or fading over time. The desk is in great overall condition. There are no major scratches or damage; only a very small, faint surface stain on the desktop that’s not noticeable under normal lighting (only visible if you shine a bright light directly on it). Structurally, the desk is solid with no missing screws or hardware. Another minor issue is slight wobbling at the right corner leg, which is easily fixable with a simple drill adjustment. On a personal note, this was my very first desk, so I truly took care of it. Since it’s solid wood, I was especially careful with moisture; always used coasters and avoided placing liquids directly on the surface. Selling only because I’m moving out of the country. It’s a timeless, well-made piece that’s perfect for a home office or study and still has many years of use left!
