Seller's Notes:I purchased this standing florr mirror directly from West Elm in October 2022. It was delivered and constructed by a professional handy-man in my apartment, and neither have not left this unit since. It is a smoke-free, pet-free, kid-free, very clean environment in a brand new, doorman building (2x month cleaning service + self-cleaning + air purifiers) The mirror has also been professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to listing, and all joints and screws have been re-tightened. There are no defects or blemishes on the mirror. It has been used very lightly, on-and-off for exactly one year prior to sale. I will cover the full delivery fee for the buyer, must be picked-up from apartment building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (Zip: 11222) - upper floor, access to service elevator and dollys available day-of move.
