Seller's Notes:We purchased this couch about a year ago as our first 'real' couch when my fiancee and I got engaged. It's been really great as one of our first major pieces of furniture together. Super comfortable, durable, and a wonderful middle piece to our living room. Now, we are about to buy our first apt. Due to space constrictions, this couch is unfortunately too large, and we're going to have to downgrade to something else. Couch is in excellent condition. No stains of any kind (I never allowed people to eat on it), no tears, and no damage to the fabric or legs. As for materials, this couch is the Marled Microfiber in Mink. Down blend fill. Tapered pecan legs. Easy on the eyes, goes with everything.
