Seller's Notes:We love this sofa but it doesn't get much use in our guest bedroom and won't fit when we move to a new apartment next month. It's a surprisingly comfortable sleeper, it pulls out to just under a queen size bed with a gel memory foam mattress. We've had it just over a year. There are a few small fabric pulls on the left corner as shown in the photos, I imagine they could be handled with a fabric shaver. There is also some slight discoloration on the left side with a small tear- I've never noticed until now, but based on the placement I think must have happened when the couch was delivered. The color looks a bit warm in most of the photos due to the lamp lighting- the true color is Alabaster and is best reflected in the last photo of the sofa arm (or also very close to the image on the West Elm website) We do have a cat but she is hardly ever in the room where this couch is. Priced to sell!
