Seller's Notes:This is a great and comfortable couch for a space either small or large. It has been the only couch in a small space, and the second couch in a large space. It is 3 years old but with absolutely no noticeable wear and tear unless you used a magnifying glass. I'm doing some redecorating before a move and would love to find this couch a new home for much less than retail. It is in better shape than a floor model :)
