Seller's Notes:We bought this table 4 years ago in San Francisco and it was a perfect fit for our bay window nook, but it isn't quite right for our apartment in the East Village, so it's time to let it go. The drop leaf feature is very convenient - we used it in every configuration, depending on the occasion. When the leaves are down, the table is a compact 24w x 32d x 30. There are a couple patches on the table where the finish is a bit worn. It isn't obvious at all - took forever to find an angle where you can see it all (see pictures). But you can feel it with your hand. If it bothers you, I'm sure some light sandpaper and a coat of varnish would have it looking and feeling 100% new. (Honestly, it looks 98% new to me right now.) No smoking in our home, but we do have a cat. Our cat has never expressed the slightest interest in this table. If you're in NYC and would like to pick up, I can help get it out to your car. The legs can come off for easy transit it an uber.
