Seller's Notes:West Elm Couch for sale in performance fabric with cherry wood legs and base. The couch is in great condition and has lots of life left in it. It is about 5 years old but no sagging and no stains. The cushions are not removable, however the performance fabric is excellent and any spills or stains wipe right off. Steam cleaned and ready for its new owner! For full disclosure, it does seem like the back legs could use some reinforcement in the short term: one back leg already broke off but we reinstalled it.
