Seller's Notes:This beautiful sofa was made-to-order directly from West Elm (no other owners) and is in essentially perfect condition. It's listed as a 2.5 seater but it comfortable seats 3. The fabric is West Elm's "Performance Velvet" in the color "Lagoon" [West Elm's description: a soft, short-pile fabric with a matte finish that's suitable for high-traffic use (tested up to 40,000 rubs). 100% polyester.] Wood is Pecan. It's a steal at this price but I have some other furniture on the way and sadly I must part ways :'(
