Seller's Notes:This West Elm Henry sofa has held up extremely well. My husband, I, and our two cats lived with it in two different apartments for about 10 years and it still looks great and is still very cushiony and comfortable -- it just shows normal signs of wear from people sitting on it, which are visible in the photos. West Elm still carries this sofa and it is one of their most popular pieces -- it looks good almost anywhere! The performance velvet fabric is very easy to keep clean and the color (sand) is neutral. It's a good, basic sofa that will fit most needs.

Condition: Used - Satisfactory: Moderate wear and tear, but still has many good years left
Wear and tear details: Nothing obviously wrong with it -- a couple of small blemishes (see photos), and the cushions aren't as smooth as they were when it was new, and the seat cushions are a little bit flatter. Still extremely cushiony and comfortable.
