Seller's Notes:The couch is in good condition and very comfortable. I'm only selling because I'm looking for something slightly smaller to better accommodate my space. There are 3 small fabric blemishes, but are behind the back cushions so you'll never really see them, as well as a tiny one on the side (see pictures). Thanks for looking! AD21

Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Solid wood legs with Chocolate-stained finish. Engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery. All wood is kiln-dried to prevent warping. Cushion support: high-gauge sinuous springs (made-to-order fabrics) or webbing (stocked fabrics). Seat cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 3. Back cushions are poly fiber filled. Reversible cushions (Astor Velvet excluded) with zip-off covers. Legs can be removed. This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential.
