Seller's Notes: Hi there! We are moving to a smaller place and this couch is unfortunately too big for it. It's in excellent condition. It has only been used as a sleeper bed a handful of times, the rest of the time it was barely used as a couch in our second bedroom. There are no stains, scratches, or anything on it. We don't smoke (nor do we allow folks to smoke in our house). We have two small cats and vacuum the couch once a week.
