Seller's Notes:I received this couch brand new directly from West Elm in January 2016 and am the original, and only, owner. This is the Henry Deluxe Queen Sleeper in Heathered Tweed Charcoal. This couch is $4,200 if purchased brand new from West Elm (including tax and shipping). Unlike most pullout sofas that have an awfully uncomfortable spring pullout, the "deluxe" version of this couch has a built-in memory foam pullout which is incredibly comfortable and feels much more like a real bed. I've had many guests and family members stay with me over the years and everyone is shocked at how comfortable the pullout is.
