Seller's Notes:One of West Elm's most popular couches for a fraction of the retail price! This is definitely a "pre-loved" couch with ~4 years of use, but still in good condition and ready for its next life. Material is the performance chenille tweed in a light gray color (note: color may not match the main stock photo; please refer to the other photos for exact color). The chaise lounger piece is very slightly sunken in due to one of the support beams breaking over time, although we hardly notice it. There are also some minor blemishes and pilling, but they aren't noticable unless you're looking at it very closely. The material is very durable and spot cleans well. Please note: item will be ready to ship on May 21st.

Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Solid pine and engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery. High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support. Seat cushions have down alternative-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Soft. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 2. Back cushions are filled with a down alternative and poly fiber blend.
