Like new condition with barely any use and no wear and tear or stains. Color is Storm Gray Performance Chenille Tweed. Cozy sofa by day, handy sleeper by night. The pull-out mattress has a memory foam top. Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Contract Grade, so you know it's built to last. Plastic shadowline support legs in an Espresso finish. High-gauge sinuous spring and webbed cushion support. Cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 3. Reversible cushions (Astor Velvet excluded) with zip-off covers. Folds out to reveal Queen-sized mattress. Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it. Accommodates West Elm Queen-sized sheets (sold separately). Legs can be removed. This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential.
