Seller's Notes:We have owned and used for a little under 2 years in our apartment in Addison, TX. We love this couch, but it’s time for us to upgrade to something more kid-proof! Visitors and guests have praised the sleepability and sheer comfort of this couch - honestly, the two of us would fall asleep comfortably on it all the time. Wear and tear is minimal. There are no spots, stains, or tears. Retail price is currently around $4000 on West Elm website.

Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Engineered hardwood frame with slot & tenon joinery. Engineered wood legs with veneer in a Dark Walnut finish. All wood is kiln-dried for added durability. High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support. Seat cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores.
