Seller's Notes:I am selling my West Elm couch, simply upgrading to something larger. We just dropped the price because the new couch has arrived and our living room is very full at the moment, there is nothing wrong with it, we simply want to get it out. We do have a dog and cat, but we have kept it clean and does not have any significant staining. It’s vacuumed on the regular and usually kept mostly covered. The arms have some slight wear but nothing more than a difference in texture due do regular wear. I have included pictures of blemish on the leg and wear on the arms.
