Seller's Notes:This 2-piece chaise sectional is a great sofa, and was one of my first pieces of "adult" furniture. I'm only getting rid of it now because I was unexpectedly gifted a new leather couch. The performance velvet in deep emerald green looks sophisticated and is still in top condition. The chaise is situated on the left side of the sofa when you're sitting in it (not reversible). The right-side arm has minor cat scratch distress, and there are 2 missing and 2 loose buttons in the back cushions. These however are super minor and not noticeable -- and the buttons would be easy to replace/tighten. Dimensions: 35" tall 90" wide 16.5" from floor to seat 37" deep on sofa section 63.5" deep on chaise section
