Seller's Notes:Had this 2 piece sleeper sectional in twill gravel color fabric with storage for several years and looking for a change. An opportunity presented itself when my neighbors moved out of their apartment and I bought some of their furniture. The couch shows signs of normal wear and tear including some discoloration and piling which I've included in the pictures.
