Seller's Notes:Small living room or living in a studio? The Elton Settee is perfectly sized for smaller spaces! The two-seater loveseat hasn't seen much use and the couch's seat is still firm and bouncy. The piece is rendered in rich, navy blue performance velvet and the legs are dark wood. The sofa is in great condition. Performance Velvet from West Elm is a hardy fabric that is resistant to stains and scratches. Minor cosmetic damages are visible on this piece (as pictured), including a hole in the underside protective fabric (that was never removed) and small scuffs and scratches to the legs from daily life and moving.
