Sofa condition: Fabric: Absolutely no stains, or odor, and very clean. Fabric is made so that it can be stripped and is machine washable. Cushions: - Seats have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores and are firm: Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 3. - Back cushions are fiber filled. Very Soft!!! Firmness 3 back cushions are very soft. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 1. Frame: Perfect condition.
