Seller's Notes:For sale is a good condition West Elm chair. It is approximately eight years old, but I don't recall its exact age. The chair has no rips, tears, or stains. The condition of the seat is good. The legs are dark wood, and even they are in good condition. The chair material is a dark gray micro-suede. Easy to clean. The chair came from a smoke-free, animal-free, child-free home. This chair has only been sat in and used as intended. It has many years left. The pillow is included. It looks large, but it really helps act as a lumbar pillow for the chair. It's functional. We're also including a handmade leather ottoman. The size of the ottoman is ideal for this chair, so we thought someone might enjoy the ottoman, too. The ottoman is not from West Elm. The leather is from Brazil, I believe. It is real leather. It's a medium to dark brown color with white-designed stitching. The leather is quality and its color blends into a nice patina. The ottoman is stuffed with old T-shirts. It will ship stuffed. You can choose to add or subtract t-shirts, or any old towels from the ottoman, as you like. If you do not want the ottoman, please contact us and we may willing to negotiate a deal on the chair only. But our intention is to sell these together to make it easy. We are only selling because we are moving out of state and cannot transport. If you decide to pick it up yourself, we live in a safe, doorman building with an elevator. There are no stairs.
