Seller's Notes:I love this sofa and it’s in perfect condition, minus a broken zipper on the bottom of the couch which has no purpose as far as I can tell. This sofa has been in my guest TV room for the past few years, but now I am turning this room into a nursery since I have a baby on the way and need to make some space! The Everett sofa has been discontinued as you can see from the link, but the Everett chair is $800 so that can give you a sense of how much the sofa cost. The pillow cases zip off if you want to get them cleaned. Very comfortable. Little kids have also loved sleeping on it when the room turns into a guest room.
