Seller's Notes:We purchased this sofa off of a friend in our building (it's first owner) in 2020 who was selling their belongings to move back to their home town. We are expecting our first child, so we are remodeling our apartment and purchased a larger sectional sofa. I find the queen pull-out sleeper sofa to be quite comfortable--it is where I slept for a short spell during Covid to quarantine apart from my wife. There is a small wine spot stain (pictured) on the bench seat, but I just keep it flipped over and facing the sleeper sofa, so it is unobtrusive. I would love to see this queen sleeper sofa see a new life in the home of recent graduate roommates or anyone who appreciates the flexibility and space-saving of a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. I am including the mattress topper (featured in one of the pictures) that I purchased off the prior owners.
