Seller's Notes:We're moving to a new apartment and sadly the chaise section is on the wrong side for the new layout. This microsuede, 2-piece sectional, chaise sofa is very comfortable and the stone color works well with many decors. The cushions and body are in good condition: they have a few small blemishes that can be seen up close but aren't noticeable at a regular distance. The frame is scuffed along the bottom as shown in the detailed pictures. The removable cushions are 50/50 down/polyester fiber and their casings are removable for easy cleaning. The sofa section is 67" wide by 35" deep, the chaise section is 67" deep by 35" wide, and they're both 29" tall.
