Seller's Notes:Hello! I bought this beautiful couch when I moved to NYC - it is in excellent condition as it has not been used a lot as it stayed in storage (protected, in the movers' storage unit in Bronx) for the last few months. I have never had pets nor smoke around it and has often been covered by blankets and pillows. It is a sofa and super easy to open it (just the seat to the back) to host anyone.
