Seller's Notes:This couch is fully functional but could use a little TLC. It was great to us for 2 years of use. Was purchased for $3,400. Things to note: 1) the ottoman is broken, but can probably be fixed if you’re handy. You can have it for free if you’d like it. 2) the seat on the far right is sunk in a little, can also probably be reclaimed if you’re handy. 3) it’s modular so it’s 4 pieces (including the ottoman) and very easy to transport. 4) the pictures aren’t the best because we got a new couch and I forgot to take photos before I disassembled it. We have an elevator in the building!
