This simple and sleek sofa is in wonderful condition, very lightly used and sadly have to part ways since I am moving across the country. Fabric is soft, but durable and wears well. Grey is light without being too light! Got shortly after I moved here last winter (2017) Retails for $1399 - No pets, no building issues with pests, no spills, no stains, no smoking! Comes with two matching pillows
