Seller's Notes:West Elm Andes left 3 piece ottoman sectional - this sofa is currently selling on West Elm new for $3,700++, not including tax or shipping (upwards of $4,200 including). This pre-loved sofa is a great deal as West Elm is no longer makes this fabric. Color: Pewter Fabric: Worn Velvet (Similar to distressed velvet but worn velvet typically has a softer, more gently aged appearance - no longer available!) Sofa Dimensions: 94"w x 39"d x 31"h Ottoman Dimensions: 34"w x 34"d x 19"h Sofa is in good condition and cushion covers have been dry cleaned numerous times over the years which has maintained the condition. The fabric is very forgiving which makes it a great piece for a family room or wherever there is high traffic. There is a small tear on the lower back right of the couch, but it is hardly noticeable and would be hidden if the couch is being set against a wall. This has been a fantastic sofa and treated me well over the years - it is just time to replace as I moved since purchasing and it no longer fits in my current space.
