Seller's Notes:West Elm Paidge 73" Sofa. Heather Tweed- Cement. Poly Cushion Fill. I love this couch it’s awesome for a smaller apartment, I live alone so I can sit on it to watch tv, but friends have always slept on it when visiting. It’s in good condition for being 9 years old - but as you can see from the pictures there are some snags on the fabric and the cushions are a little saggier than they were originally otherwise it’s in good condition! No pets and no smoking home. Moving to an apartment with furniture so it needs to be sold.

Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Solid oak and engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery. Solid wood legs in your choice of shape and finish (legs are removable). All wood is kiln-dried for added durability. High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support. Welted seams along the cushions and sweeping arms.
