Seller's Notes:Beautiful West Elm Andes sectional that needs a new home! In Shadow color performance velvet, this sectional with ottoman has only been used for a couple years and is the perfect couch to comfortably sit 3 humans and your furry friends! It's also quite deep, so it makes for a comfortable overnight sleeper for a guest. Use the ottoman for additional leg or seating space or as a coffee table. Only selling because we are redecorating. Thanks to the performance velvet, there is very minimal wear and tear including by pets! There is some minor fading of the fabric color from normal use, but not noticeable unless put next to a brand new one. The missing hardware due to a move is the bolts under the bottom that attaches the two main couch pieces (the ottoman was always separate so can maneuver how you like it!); you can replace those if desired. Listed at nearly 60% retail price with tax with the added benefit of not waiting 2+ month wait time for a new one!
