Seller's Notes:We absolutely love this piece and would be keeping it with us if we were not relocating to a new city to a house that is already already furnished. It is in almost perfect shape - aside from some natural wear from the past three years. We have young children so we had put a child protector surrounding around the edge at one point, but it has since been removed. (You may see some residue from it in the pictures, but that will be fully removed when the item sells. We have removed some of it and it removes without leaving any marks or residue behind.) *Important to note: the link online says the table is good for two chairs. We have had four chairs around it and they easily fit and four people can eat comfortably at the table.
