Seller's Notes:We're selling our like-new pull-out sofa! We just moved apartments and sadly don't have a good space to keep this anymore. We used this as a sofa in our home office, so we could have our friends and family stay with us when visiting. The sofa bed function is perfect, and the size (68" long) makes it one of the most compact sofa beds on the market that still has a full-sized mattress (great for two people). The sofa itself is comfortable, and this is really the perfect purchase if you're looking for a home office sofa bed. There's no wear--we hardly ever used this as a sofa, and the sofa bed was used by guests for probably 20 nights in total. Our guests always said they slept very comfortably!
