Seller's Notes:The loveseat was bought in 2019 at $610 and is good condition. Fabric is maintained clean and still in good shape. The underside has little tear near the zipper area due to my little puppy teething (only a few times as I stopped him immediately after I discovered it). It won't affect uses at all. I really really love this loveseat since it is great for two ppl watching TV and seat height is also good for working desk as sell.
