Seller's Notes:Purchased off Wayfair 3 years ago. Signs of use shown are in close up photos but not heavily noticeable in person. You can sand and stain the wood portion of the table, if desired. Perfect for a small apartment. Can seat up to 3 comfortably; 4 seats are possible as the max. There are no stains, scratches or dents in the white metal portion of this small dining table. There is a bit of fading and food stains on the wood; this will happen with use and time, adding character to the wood over the years. You can replenish the wood with a little bit of wood conditioner as well, over time. For pick up, we would need to unscrew the top portion of the table as it will not fit out the door or the elevator. Very easy to put back together; view the last photo. (I'll place the screws in a bag for you.) For FREE, two chairs with padding are included as pictured.
