Seller's Notes:Bought for out of town family and was only used a few times. I do not even sit on it because it’s not close to the TV! Takes up space in small apartment. Recently retired & need the space for yoga Japanese Tatami mat. My brother has slept on it approximately 3 times and says it’s very comfortable. Kodie 77” Upholstered Sofa. Paid $1250 in March 2023. Included is mattress cover for queen size mattress plus a heavy duty sleeper sofa support board I bought from Amazon for $89.99 (since it was primarily for my bother’s use who weighs 260 lbs.) Note: my former neighbor has the exact same sofa which is why I bought mine. I slept on her sofa bed for 3 nights when I visited her in St. Paul, MN. She doesn’t have the support board and I found it bed very comfortable!.
