Seller's Notes:I loved this baby at first sight! It’s a small couch that is good for 2-3 people, perfect for a studio/1B. I bought it brand new in July 2020, so less than half a year old. It has beautiful leather-like texture. No noticeable flaws/stains and no exposure to pets/smoking. Sadly parting way with it only because I’m moving in with my SO and we’ll be buying a bigger cognac leather sofa—just because I loved this one so much. In person pick up is free in my elevator building!
