Seller's Notes:A beautiful dining room purchased from the previous tenant that is unfortunately just a bit too big for my setup. There are a few marks on the top of the table and flecks of white paint along the each leaf (wear & tear reflected in price). If the leaves are down, tabletop is in beautiful condition (see first photo). No damage to the legs. Tabletop could be given new life with a little TLC (paint remover, stain, etc). Looking to move it ASAP!
