Seller's Notes:Selling our convertible blue velvet sofa from Wayfair! It’s in great condition — only has a tiny burn mark on one of the cushions (see photo) that’s unnoticeable. It can be folded down to create a futon, making a perfect spot for guests. Only getting rid of as we have a larger couch coming! As an FYI, if you are planning to pick it up yourself, please make sure you bring another person to help move it down -- It’s not particularly heavy but we do live on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs).
