Seller's Notes:This sofa was purchased just under a year ago. It has amazing storage space underneath the sofa as well as the chaise, and it folds down for sleeping. It's very durable and super easy to convert into a bed and back again. We are selling this sofa because we are looking for something a bit larger to accommodate our guests, and no longer need the storage space since renovating our closet. The sofa is in great condition. There are no stains or blemishes. The only issue is that the storage area on the bottom began to slightly sink. (Fixable with staple gun.)
